R.C. Searles Associates Inc. is an interactive, design firm that has been specializing in custom home plans for over 25 years. Our growing staff includes members with varying backgrounds in the fields of architecture and engineering that can provide personal attention to each client. Working together, we strive to create prestigious, home designs of all sizes that will ease construction and meet the budgets of many economic levels. Throughout the design process, we offer knowledgeable service and creative ideas to meet the specific, architectural requirements of each project.
     We have developed more than 2,000 diverse, house plans over the last two decades, which are in our stock library available for viewing by builders and/or homeowners. We have a network of subcontractors and a lasting relationship with several builders in the Worcester County/Metro-west area. They return to R.C. Searles Associates for our coveted house plans that are uncomplicated and marketable.
      Currently, we are displaying a limited selection of our most popular house plans. While we are continuing to expand this web site, our complete collection of stock plans are available for browsing and/or purchase by making an appointment with our office. The plans are categorized by square footage and basic, architectural style. Experienced designers may offer assistance and be able to answer your questions during your visit.
