Revisions: Changes to plans are based upon design changes involved and are determined with each client over and above the listed stock plan prices.

• Minimal changes to stock plans are $75.00 per hour.
Extensive changes require a Custom House price.

Deposit: $200.00 is required upon ordering plans. Final payment is due when you pick up your final plans.

Deposit: One third of the price (based on requested square footage) is due before the first design phase has begun.

Blue prints: Charged at $4.00 per sheet. This includes any blue prints produced in the design phase and/or any additional prints requested by the client.

All house plans purchased are for one time use only.
-A 1.5% service fee will be charged to all Accounts over 30 days.
-Any plans which are sent Overnight Delivery must be prepaid.
-Any plans which are delivered by a staff member will cost $65.00.

Square footage: R. C. Searles Associates determines square footage by all finished floor space that is generally heated.
This includes all open floor areas (foyers) with wall heights 5 feet and up.
-Cathedral/vaulted areas are not considered in the square footage.
-We do not guarantee that the plans in our books will match the actual full size drawings in square footage or design.

Plans ordered by phone: Stock plans ordered by phone are the responsibility of the client. Incorrectly identified plans will be charged at $4.00 per sheet and plans are retained by R. C. Searles Associates.
There will be a charge of $4.00 per sheet for plans that are requested and not picked up after one month from the original order.
